Kirstin Long, PTA

Kirstin Long, PTA, earned her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Biology from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2016.  She spent several years working in sports nutrition and certified personal training before returning to school to pursue her PTA license and graduated in 2022 at State College of Florida in Bradenton.  While completing the PTA program, she also worked in natural health and nutrition. 

With her strong background in exercise science, nutrition and rehabilitation, Kirstin also enjoys gym workouts, competitive pickleball, self-defense training, hot yoga and any outdoor adventures with friends.
